Easter is coming
How do you celebrate Easter at your house? Do you have any creative ways of sharing your faith during this time of celebration of our Lord's death and resurrection?

I had my husband build a large cross which we hang on the wall before Easter. I took some bardbed wire and twisted it into a "crown" and hang that on the cross. On Good Friday I place a black cloth over everything, on resurrection Sunday I remove the black cloth and put a white cloth to symbolize Christ's resurrection and a purple cloth to symbolize his second coming as King. This tradition has spurred good conversations with my children about the meaning of Easter

What a wonderful idea Beanie! Your children will remember that for years to come. Thanks for sharing.
