Thanks for posting. I'm so sorry about the work access. Eventually I will link it from the Christian Working Mom site, will that make a difference if you access it from there? Have a wonderful Christmas.
Thanks for all the wonderful comments. Glad you found us. I will get the word out in the next newsletter and more people will make the switch. Have a great New Year!
Usually we use the Open Comment section as a place for Moms to ask questions and then get answers. If that is what you are meaning about mom to mom advice. Also, if you want you can email me and I will start a new post with your questions. So, feel free to ask away. We have had some great discussions in the past and there are many women here who give great advice. Let me know if that did not answer your question.
aaahhh! It worked! =0) So what my mom to mom question is is this: I am going through one of those exhausted, worn out, phases! My daughter (7) has never slept through the night, and generally I put her back in her room once or twice each night. But lately it has been worse. We have read "goodnight books", I printed out scriptures, we've prayed with her,(veggie tales movie!) I've even resolved to letting her sleep with her light on! Any suggestions? Has anyone else here had a child do this? I think she is afraid of the dark, but when we talk to her about it she can't even tell me what she is scared of. I've tried a sticker chart for nights that she stays in her own room, even bribed her with the MALL!! We've gotten through the crying about going to bed, now we're just tryin to get her to stay in her own room.
Ok, so I have a new topic~ Anyone love purses?? I do! But I only buy the ones that are on sale! I just got an $80.00 purse for $11.00 at Pennys! =0) It is such a fun accessory!!
I remember when we first got married and one of the couples we hung out with said she never bought anything if it didn't have a red line marking through the price. Sounds like you not only like purses, but you are a great shopper. I'm getting picky about purses now, they have to have the right pockets for my cell phone and beeper.
I guess you can tell that I have been a bit bored here at work! LOL. I work in the construction industry...so needless to say with our weather, things have slowed down a bit! =0) I'm just a very "tight" shopper!! Hahaha! It comes from being on such a tight budget for so long. Things have been much better the last few years and my husband has convinced me that it is ok to spend $$ on myself once in awhile, so purses are my little luxury~

Hey! This is a nice website. The only negative thing for me is that I can't access it at work :-(

Hi I am new to the site and so far I am loving it. Is there a place to find mom to mom advice?
