Just wanted to leave a comment.

I am irritated by stay at home moms who do little or nothing and have more than I do.

I went to school got a bachelors and masters degree and have worked most of my life. I stayed home when the kids were little and loved it but it was hard financillay and i even worked part time.

Most of my neighbors and a lot of my church friends are stay at home moms that do nothing but have more material blessings than I do.
I am very frustrated by this.

Sometimes I feel the judgement because I am not at every function and I miss sunday school sometimes because I want some me time or just need a day off.

Sundays are not fun for me. They are just like a work day we have to get the kids dressed and get them off just like every other day of the week.

God seems to be allowing me to know that most of the women in my neighborhood and church have what they have because their daddys worked hard or their husbands worked hard.

I feel ripped off I have worked hard how do they end up with more than me. I am ticked off.

My dad lives with us and we ask him for nothing-- other parents whose kids have done less for them paid their kids houses off and the kids are lazy dont maintain the house that was bought for them and do nothing.

Does any other working women have the nerve to admit they feel this way or is everybody hiding their feelings?

Hi Anonymous,

I have had other women share some of the same thoughts you have expressed. Yes, it is hard for people to admit difficult feelings. Yet, I would say God has a different path for each of us and none of our paths look the same. I wish stay at home Moms would be more understanding of working moms. We can decide to show them caring thoughts even if they don't for us. I would also certainly cry out to God and let him know how you are feeling. You are a witness for him in your workplace.
